We are delighted to be supporting the London Underground Transplant division. We have been approached to provide a solution for the Schoma locomotives that are being converted to Battery power, this leaves x14 Detroit Diesel Series 60 engines as surplus. We have purchased these items and will be picking up the first x4 this month.

Railbroker were pleased to Support Freightliner by sourcing 12 EMD710 Diesel Injectors. We responded to an urgent request as a Class 66 locomotive was defective and faced being out of service.

Working closely with the customer we expedited the equipment within 24 hours – “Once again Railbroker are delighted that we have managed to utilise surplus Inventory to minimise an assets downtime and ultimately keep a key clients operational activities on track. Not forgetting the fact that the supplier has moved stock for which they had no further use – A win win scenario”.

2 Mark II Vehicles were sold to North West Ambulance service.

“Railbroker were pleased to support the North West Ambulance and Emergency services undertake a major exercise which included a rail incident. We sourced 2 MarK II coaches that were destined to be scrapped”.

Railbroker is today pleased to launch Version 2.0 of our website which features an improved layout and navigation sidebar providing fast access to all categories within the Tradebase.

Our Tradebase has also been updated and expanded with more categories and the whole site has been rebuilt to resize on different devices and now supports multiple browsers; Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.

The Railbroker website has been rebuilt by Wulfrun Consulting who provide bid management, project mobilisation and web design services to both multi-national and private companies.
